I decided to name the company Essential Fitness ATX because being active and having a healthy lifestyle is absolutely necessary and extremely important. Nutrition & physical activity can improve your health from the inside out, along with having immediate and long term physical and mental health benefits. AND most importantly, fitness can improve your quality of life.
We feel that we can offer more to our clients by tailoring an EFATX workout specifically for YOU. Each 1:1 session, group class, & guided meditation has a specific workout and goal. You will leave your workout having a powerful mind-body experience.
